Refund Policy
This page sets out what SheetMatters actually does, in the order it does it, rather than boilerplate borrowed from a larger company. If a line reads badly or looks like it contradicts the product, tell us at [email protected] and we will fix the page or the product.

Fourteen days, no reason asked
Every sheet, every collection and every VIP membership carries a 14 day refund. Buy it, copy it, open every tab, run your real numbers through it. If it turns out not to be the thing you needed, tell us within 14 days of the charge and the money comes back. We do not ask why and there is no form to fill in.

What a refund takes back
Refund a sheet purchase and your access to that sheet ends: from the moment it is processed, any further request to copy that sheet from SheetMatters is declined. Refunding a collection ends access to every sheet the collection granted.
What a refund cannot reach is a copy already sitting in your Google Drive. That file is in your Google account; we hold no key to it and no way to change or remove it. Plainly: a refund closes the door on our side and leaves your Drive alone.
We would rather write that down than have you discover it later. It is the same property that makes a sheet worth buying at all: a file you genuinely own is a file nobody else can switch off, and that has to cut both ways to mean anything.
- 03
Only a full refund takes anything back
Access ends only when the whole charge is returned. If we ever agree a partial refund — a goodwill discount applied after the fact, say — it changes the amount you paid and nothing else. Your access carries on exactly as it was.
- 04
Cancelling is a different act
Cancelling VIP and asking for a refund are two different things with two different results. Cancel and no money moves and nothing is withdrawn: every sheet you claimed stays yours, and you simply stop receiving new releases once the period you have paid for runs out. Only a refund of a sheet or collection purchase ends download access. The Cancellation Policy covers the rest.
- 05
A chargeback counts as a refund
We treat a chargeback or payment dispute exactly as we treat a refund. It ends further downloads of whatever it covered, and like a refund it cannot touch the copy already in your Drive. If a charge looks wrong, write to us first — a refund reaches you faster than a dispute does, and costs us less.

How to ask
Write to [email protected] from the address on the order, within 14 days of the charge, and say what you bought. No explanation needed. Approved refunds go back through Stripe to the card that paid. How soon the money shows up is between your bank and your card issuer, not us.
